The effort aims to help close gender 和 racial pay gaps

Rapid7 is proud to announce their signing of the 100% Talent Compact through the Boston Women’s Workforce Council (BWWC). The Talent Compact is a collective effort among the Boston Mayor 和 local employers to close the gender 和 racial wage gaps in Greater Boston. Compact Signers are actively committed to examining their salary data, contributing that data anonymously to the BWWC’s biennial wage-gap measurement, 和 participating in quarterly briefing sessions.

As an organization, the BWWC works alongside the City of Boston’s Mayor as well as local employers. Their programs 和 initiatives reflect their core beliefs surrounding the positive impact women have on businesses 和 communities, the importance of addressing gender 和 racial pay inequities, 和 the systemic impact gender 和 racial pay disparities can have in Greater Boston.
